AMII series suspended access equipment is a re-engineered concept of access system which is highly suitable for the construction and maintenance of high rise buildings with maximum safety. The equipment is at par with international safety standards. The system eliminates commonly used scaffolding system which requires huge investment, manual labour, large storage space and unsafe work atmosphere. With AMII series work platform you can increase safety of workers by 70% as the equipment is equipped with six state of the art safety features.
The drive unit consists of a winch mechanism placed on the terrace and cantilever is attached to the drive unit in which the platform is suspended with a wire rope. The drive unit is free standing equipment, means it does not require any anchoring, which in turns saves time. The drum for winding the wire rope is attached to the drive unit. Drums are made engaged or disengaged using a dog clutch for lifting and leveling the work platform. It is independent for each drum.
The drive unit and cantilever together requires an average space of 6 meter on terrace. Platform is positioned by manually rotating the steering wheel attached to the drive unit. The drive unit works on 2 speeds High speed and slow speed. Slow speed- 30:1, High speed- 15:1
All mechanical parts are interchangeable which means easy maintenance. And is easy to install and operate. The lift time for each floor is 4 minutes and change of position will take only 40 minutes. The usage height of the system is unlimited
