Our staffing associates have never been taught traditional methodology of “cattle call” interviewing or “send them out, see if they stick” to fill our clients needs. Our job is to surface candidates from 100% of the market, not just 6% of the unemployed. Many of our candidates are referrals from previous applicants; our Counselors do not ask “Who do you know that is looking?”, rather “Who do you know that excels?”
We are Placement Consultants, not just staffing associates. We align ourselves with a selective group of companies that pride themselves on a commitment to excellence. We look for culture fit, stability, skills and superior references before we introduce a candidate to you. If there are any issues, it will be brought up to you in advance so that you can choose the proper contract method. We believe the hiring process is a partnership between us, the client and candidate. Consistent high quality searches are what our clients depend on and that is what we give them every time.
Clients can choose the direct hire fee or the temp-to-hire plan that allows payment of our permanent fee over time. We simply have the candidate remain on our payroll for a pre-negotiated length of hours. We are also open to customizing plans if desired.
