Also known for prudent use of resources, Eric’s work was instrumental in providing leading analytical support and management reporting capabilities critical to the success of supply chain services and overall company performance. In addition, he has effectively raised the visibility of the custom-contracting group within the organization by supplying several monthly financial reports that were the focal point of regularly scheduled executive committee discussions.
One of Eric’s most significant achievements was the successful deployment of a custom Excel based business solution that resolved supply chain analytical needs, replaced outdated applications, and created a fully standardized analytical process capable of supporting multiple variables and constraints.
Leveraging an ever-expanding portfolio of qualifications covering marketing, financial analysis, and general management core competencies, Eric proved time and again his flexibility in responding to changing market conditions and his ability to meet and exceed corporate goals and challenges. Eric’s career also includes leadership roles at a salt water fishing boat manufacturer, where he was recruited to handle marketing collateral design, coordinate advertising runs in national magazines, manage inventory, purchasing, supply chain analysis, and system upgrades as the Marketing and Information Technology Manager. While working for a large automobile auction conglomerate, he rose through positions including software trainer, deployment leader to eventually take the role of business operations analyst, where he led complex systems implementation and applications development projects for a number of facilities throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Saint Joseph’s College in Rensselaer, Indiana, and a Master of Business Administration from The University of Dallas Graduate School of Management in Dallas, Texas.
