My name is Fred Kern and I have been involved in photography for the last 30+ years. Much of my time was spent in the beginning photographing Europe and it's people during the 70's when I was stationed there with the US Army. I traveled extensively through out Europe at that time. More recently I have been traveling in Nicaragua where I have been photographing the peoples of the Carribbean side of the country who are decended from the Moskito Indian Tribes. The Moskito Coast runs from Honduras to Nicaragua. Recently I have started to include the Pacific coast with it's Spanish influence. The country presents so many interesting people and places I will be very busy in the future.
