Everyone is searching for their own unique way of embracing and experiencing life. Photography has always been my inspiration and driving force. It brought continuous excitement into my life and earned several photography awards in Lithuania and US.
My interest in photography has started 18 years ago, when Lithuanian borders opened up into Europe. After being enclosed all my life by the Iron curtain, I was craving to experience new lifestyle, traditions, different landscapes and architecture.
Through the travel I learned which photos hold the attention of their viewers and which they skip over. I realized that the beauty of nature, the glimpse of lifestyle and human emotions maintain a long lasting interest over short lived excitement in local landmarks.
Several years ago my life path brought me to the United States. Florida, where I reside, has been a wonderful discovery. Its subtropical nature and people who came here from all over the world and brought their way of life and traditions, is my never ending source of inspiration.
