Vintage Craftsman
Goal: Renovate vintage property (circa 1908) and add second story. Ensure new construction harmonizes with country Craftsman style
Strategy: Create a Craftsman look with a Victorian flavor that Integrates both home ownersí preferences
Result: Rich fall colors and Ývintage reproduction wall coverings complement custom cabinetry and stained vertical grain fir trim
European Style
Goal: Develop a memorable 2-story speculative property in the wooded California foothills
Strategy: Create a European-styled home designed for California living
Result: A home that reflects French flavored finishes throughout. It has a creative, welcoming kitchen design. Rooms are accented with elegant millwork details as well as warm wood floors
Traditional Style
Goal: Develop a 3-story speculative California casual residence with a vintage flair
Strategy: Create flow and continuity among spaces on all 3 floors
Result: An inviting home with warm, welcoming paint colors, use of traditional bead board cabinetry and Craftsman details
Mediterranean Style
Goal: Renovate 1930s Mediterranean style residence and add square footage
Strategy: Blend seamlessly a new floor plan and contemporary amenities with the existing, charming architectural character
Result: A home with harmony. Complementary interior arches and ceilings, custom designed fireplaces, and hand-painted surfaces Ýintegrate the new with the vintage.
Restored Bungalow
Goal: Renovate fire damaged property and add second story. Ensure new construction harmonizes with original 1908 style.
Strategy: Collaborate with clients to create a Craftsman look with a Victorian flavor. Ensure that both home ownersí preferences are integrated.

Western Prairie
Goal: Blend contemporary styling with traditional finishes to create warmth throughout 4700 square foot new residence.
Strategy: Develop a linear style using refined, natural woods throughout. Integrate glass, slate and metal finishes for texture and contrast.
Results: Upgraded, quality finishes that complement beautiful bay views.
