I am thrilled that you have taken the time to look over some of my work. My name is Douglas Chandler and I have lived in Michigan's Upper Peninsula most of my life. Photography comes naturally since both my grandmother and mother were interested in the art. It will always be a learning experience for me, but one I love. I started out with a Contax 139 Quarts, that should date me. But when it came time to update I found the Contax to be a little out of my price range. I then moved to Nikon and have been a fan ever since. Most of the photos you will see on this site were taken with a Nikon D100 and now the Nikon D3.
I live with my wife, Karen and we have been together for twenty-three years. We live in Marquette, Michigan and have four children. We have been blessed with three grand-children and you will find plenty of photos of them on this sight.
Over time I have learned one very important lesson, when it comes to photos of family and friends there is no such thing as a throw-a-way photo. When a love one moves on all photos of them are priceless!

My name is Jenna Erwin, I am currently living in the Boston area yet I am a transplant from Northern California. I am the type of person who is laid back, honest, and always enjoying the small things in life. It is a rarity if you don’t see a smile on my face, life is to short not to enjoy every moment.
Growing up I always loved photography even from a young age, I still can recall the days of going through my father slides and national geographic magazines and being amazed by the beauty a photo could capture. When I was old enough my mother bought me a small camera which I carried every where and I took as many pictures as I could. The love I developed for photography has grown over the years and has became my true passion in life.
I have been blessed over the last 4 years to be able to work as a photographer in the New England area. I have had the opportunities to work all over the country from Sacramento to Atlanta and back up to Portland. I have been published in two magazines and have shoot numerous platinum records artists. Plus I am a member of the Professional Photographers of America.
The last 4 years have taught me to understand that a photo captures more than an image but a feeling, an emotion, and a memory that will be carried for years and years. I believe that enjoying your photography experience is key to having a great photo. As a photographer I do not rush my clients, I allow the children to be children, and hopefully everyone will be wearing a big smile because there happy and comfortable.
